The trucks adopt SAIC Hongyan's synchromous European advanced technology and are built on the first original chassis for fire trucks in China developed by SAIC Hongyan - GENLYON 4-door 4×4 all-wheel-drive fire truck chassis and the conventional all-wheel-drive water-tank. Other equipment include a Coso's 290-horsepower engines, Allison's automatic transmissions, as well as Packer's full-power power take-offs. They offer strong power, high efficiency and low consumption and can travel to places at high altitude, enabling fire fighters to arrive at the rescue scenes quickly.
With rich experience in chassis development and manufacturing, Hongyan can produce various types of fire trucks. These high-quality products have not only been recognized by major fire truck manufacturers in the industry, but also gained the trust of end-users.
Since the beginning of the year, SAIC Hongyan has successfully completed the batch delivery of fire trucks to Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, and before that Hongyan delivered hundreds of SAIC Hongyan fire trucks to Papua New Guinea, Dominican Republic, and other Southeast Asian and North American countries to enhance the local fire fighting and rescue capabilities. In the future, SAIC Hongyan will continue to think globally and take advantage of the opportunities provided by the Belt and Road Initiative to drive toward greater expansion in the overseas market.
